What our customers say about us
Absolutely over the moon with this service! Honestly can't fault a thing from using the website in the beginning to the very individual attention from Debbie. Everything went so smooth and my neighbour has been reunited with her special wedding vow renewal ceremony in a format she can now watch again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! 15/12/2025

Would rate this service ten stars if I could! A wonderful way to preserve precious precious memories. I couldn’t be happier with the footage I’ve received back and such a quick turn around time! I have begged my dad to get these tapes out of the attic before they ended up ruined for ages and I couldn't be more pleased to uncover so many memories we though were gone forever.

Oh my goodness I could not thank digital memory box for recovering such precious precious memories. To have my two favourite people on film is everything to me. Sobbed all day and couldn't recommend this service more!
Fantastic caring service. I was having a very difficult time finding a caring company to help with my mother's ancient cine films. Each company I called was very sterile and not emotionally involved in this emotional transaction. Then I hit the jackpot with Debbie from Digital Memory Box. Debbie did an exemplary job showing empathy and care towards my family. I could not recommend her highly enough.
I have been trying to find footage of my grandad singing happy birthday to me for the last two years since he's passed and i load this footage and it's there straight away. Just the best!
I was very worried about handing over my family 8mm films to anyone to convert to digital but after speaking with Digital Memory Box they gave me confidence that they would look after them. I was pleasantly impressed with the care and professionalism the company and family provided. Great turn around and constant support and updates throughout. Highly recommended! Thanks Debbie and family for your help
